This full-time Interior Designer role is based on-site in Kathmandu. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces, preparing construction drawings, developing space plans, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). This role involves collaboration with clients, architects, and contractors to conceptualize and execute design projects, ensuring that all work aligns with the clients’ vision and objectives.
- Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection.
- Strong skills in Space Planning and Architectural Design.
- Experience with Construction Drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and project teams.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
