Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and manage marketing initiatives for Sukra House of Diagnostics & Wellness Center. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract new patients, and strengthen partnerships with healthcare institutions. This role is strategic and hands-on, requiring leadership, analytical thinking, and creativity in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and sell Medi Quest Laboratory’s services and brand in the healthcare industry.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, healthcare partners, and competitors, and identify opportunities for growth.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and referral networks.
· Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, events, and outreach programs to attract new patients and increase brand awareness.
· Create and oversee the development of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and digital campaigns.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
· Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement strategies for achieving business targets and enhancing patient acquisition.
· Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.
· Mentor and guide junior marketing staff and interns, ensuring high performance and adherence to brand standards.
