Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Analyst who is passionate about data, digital trends, and impactful storytelling. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with creative content writing ability to drive performance and growth across social media platforms.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok)
- Track key metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, CTR, and follower growth
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify industry trends and opportunities
- Create and optimize social media content including captions, posts, and hashtags
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, campaign objectives, and platform best practices
- Support social media campaign planning and performance evaluation
- Conduct social listening and monitor audience sentiment and brand mentions
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to align content and visuals
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics (preferred)
- Ability to interpret data and convert it into meaningful insights
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing concepts (SEO, campaigns, funnels)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Min 5 years of experience in social media management, analytics, or digital marketing
- Experience in content writing for brands or agencies will be an advantage
