Key Responsibilities
- Production Support: Assist in creating visual assets of varying complexity under supervision.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior artists, seek feedback, and contribute to team discussions.
- Design & Concepting: Help with sketches, concepts, and design iterations.
- Research: Gather references and explore design trends to support visual development.
- File Management: Organize and document assets properly.
- Mentorship (early stage): Begin supporting junior peers in specific areas.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in creative roles
- Basic-to-growing proficiency in design tools and 3D pipeline
- Ability to communicate ideas and contribute to visual direction
