Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhaktapur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively with potential clients, developing strategies for business growth, and assisting in meeting organizational revenue targets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities
Proficiency in Business operations and Account Management to maintain and grow relationships with clients
Excellent Communication skills for effective engagement with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and deliver strategic growth initiatives
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
Prior experience in the digital marketing or related industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
