In 2001, the menu expanded to include the beloved dal bhat masu-mutton khana set, offering a complete Nepali dining experience. Today, the restaurant continues to innovate, adding fusion dishes such as trout fish, Taas, and bandel, providing a welcoming space for families to enjoy flavorful meals in Kathmandu.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Kathmandu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and customer growth. Responsibilities include overseeing daily sales operations, managing a sales team, fostering relationships with customers, identifying market trends, reporting on sales metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team. Additionally, the Sales Manager will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and work to promote the restaurant's reputation as a culinary leader in Nepali cuisine.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales planning and strategizing, with a strong ability to recognize and leverage market trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, leadership, and motivating a sales team.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using software for reporting and maintaining sales data.
  • Problem-solving mindset and capacity to adapt to a dynamic on-site environment.
  • Experience in the hospitality or culinary industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
