Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, Nepal, for a Store Sales Manager. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of the store, leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include inventory management, analyzing sales performance, staff training, and implementing strategies to enhance sales. The Store Sales Manager will collaborate with leadership to address challenges and maintain efficient store operations.
Qualifications
- Sales and Retail Management: Proven ability to lead sales efforts, achieve targets, and manage a retail environment effectively.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in motivating, training, and supervising sales teams.
- Customer Service: Proficiency in delivering outstanding customer experiences and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Analytical and Organizational Skills: Capability to analyze sales data, monitor inventory, and manage store logistics efficiently.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and retail technology tools.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in retail sales or store management roles is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
