We are seeking a results-driven B2B Business Development Manager / Executive to manage the entire sales cycle for a US-based company. This role owns the full sales process—from lead generation and prospecting to demos, negotiations, and closing deals with B2B clients.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, understands U.S. business culture, and can consistently drive new revenue. You will be responsible for converting customers into long-term clients and brand advocates.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target U.S.-based businesses and decision-makers
- Generate outbound leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and industry networks
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
- Research, track, and update leads using online databases, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Execute email marketing campaigns to key prospects
- Manage CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging content
- Support SEO and content marketing efforts to drive inbound leads
- Execute social media campaigns for lead generation
- Perform data analysis and reporting to measure performance and ROI
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products/services
- Conduct discovery calls and product/service demos
- Understand customer challenges and position solutions effectively
- Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and ROI-driven presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with B2B decision-makers
- Act as the primary contact during onboarding and early engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, customer success)
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Track KPIs such as pipeline value, conversion rates, and deal velocity
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Share customer feedback to improve product-market fit
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven success in full-cycle sales (lead generation → closing)
- Experience selling B2B products, services, or SaaS solutions
- Strong ability to engage and sell to U.S.-based clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-starter with strong pipeline management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to share knowledge and support team training when needed
- Capable of working independently and in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Maintain professionalism and strong work ethics
- Willingness to work under supervision when required
