Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and responsible parts manager to oversee spare parts operations for the two-wheeler division. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, parts availability, dealer coordination, and efficient spare parts distribution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall spare parts department operations
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and stock accuracy
- Ensure timely ordering and availability of genuine spare parts
- Coordinate with dealers, service teams, and suppliers
- Monitor parts sales and prepare regular reports
- Handle stock forecasting and inventory planning
- Ensure proper storage and documentation of parts
- Resolve parts-related dealer and customer issues efficiently
- Lead and supervise parts department staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile spare parts management
- Experience in two-wheeler/automobile industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and spare parts operations
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory software
