Role Description
Junior Architect (0-2 years Experience)
This is a full-time role for a Junior Architect, based in Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The Junior Architect will collaborate with the design team, assist in architectural planning and design, develop project drawings, and ensure design alignment with project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to develop innovative architectural solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of design drawings and specifications from concept to contract documentation.
- Support the Senior Architect in addressing technical and design challenges.
- Utilize architectural software to produce precise and high-quality designs across all project phases.
- Present and articulate design concepts to senior team members and Principals.
Qualifications
- Advance knowledge in AutoCAD
- Advance knowledge 3d software (SketchUp)
- Proficiency in 3d software’s renderings skill (Vray, Lumion, D5)
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Revit.
- Flexible and able to adjust to evolving work environments and work hours.
- Ability to commit long-term.
