Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Mechanical HVAC | Revit Modellers to join our growing team in the Greater Kathmandu Area. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering high-quality HVAC designs and BIM models while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and compliant project outcomes. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are hiring 10 new team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC system designs and Revit models
• Perform heat load calculations and static pressure calculations
• Develop technical schedules for HVAC systems and equipment
• Draft HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire protection, power, lighting, and medical gas systems
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure clash-free models
• Review and inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure high-quality drawing presentation across various building types
• Maintain accurate and well-organised project documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC Revit modelling
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of heat load calculations and static calculations
• Ability to read and interpret plans, sections, and elevations
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
