Summary

Cedar Gate Services is seeking a Product Sppt Trainee- Claim Management Operations to support operational tasks related to medical claims, data entry, and process coordination. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and build foundational skills in healthcare operations. Under the guidance of a mentor, you will gain hands-on experience, assist with daily deliverables, and contribute to team workflows while developing the skills needed for future growth within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Learn efficient filing of medical claims to payers for reimbursement with appropriate documentation as necessary
• Learn to post patient payments and insurance payments
• Provide coverage for all essential function activities such as data entry, claim filing, claim auditing, and cross-training on package protocols per assignment
• Learn to identify and correct or pend discrepancies and claims with missing or invalid information according to established protocols for investigation and resolution
• Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by management/mentor
• Support senior members of the team with daily deliverables by learning the standard process used
  
  

Required Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Ability and willingness to work during the night & morning shifts
• Computer proficiency, encompassing a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and adept use of the internet
• Must have good language proficiency in English
• Positive attitude and an eagerness to learn new things
• Ability to perform assigned tasks independently
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
• Ability to develop productive working relationships in a team environment
