Role Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle international holiday inquiries from WhatsApp, TikTok, website, and calls
Promote and sell outbound packages (e.g., Thailand, Dubai, Bali, Vietnam, Europe)
Understand client preferences (budget, travel dates, interests) and suggest suitable packages
Customize itineraries based on customer needs
Provide complete details: visa process, flight options, hotel, activities
Follow up with leads regularly and convert into bookings
Coordinate with visa, ticketing, and operations team for smooth execution
Maintain client database and update sales records
Upsell add-ons (activities, upgrades, insurance, etc.)
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
