Job Description
Are you ready to level up your career working across paid digital media? You'll be helping us take on a diverse set of client requirements and set the gold standard for paid media planning, execution, management and reporting. You'll work hand in hand with our Head of Media to plan and implement media campaigns across paid search (Google & Bing), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit), programmatic (DSP) and industry media. This is an opportunity to laser focus your media career into B2B marketing, with exposure to a growing list of tools and media channels.

You’ll get a chance to work across a fantastic set of B2B clients and industries including building and construction, technology, healthcare, hospitality, professional services and more.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience working as a paid media specialist across search and social media, with hands on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), ideally in an agency.
  • Ability to develop paid media strategies across the above channels – and thinking outside of the box to identify other relevant channels
  • Experience conducting media audits – and presenting findings and insights back to clients/stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience producing engaging short form content through a portfolio of work (e.g. Facebook or LinkedIn ad copy or organic posts)
  • Experience reporting on paid media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continual optimisation
  • Second-to-none attention to detail.

Great to haves

  • Experience working with social media management / listening platforms e.g. Brandwatch, Falcon.io, Hootsuite, Sprinklr etc.
  • Experience working with B2B media / campaigns / clients
  • Experience with DSP (TradeDesk, DV360)
  • Experience with ABM media tools (e.g. 6sense, DemandBase, Terminus)

The Role

  • Plan, implement, manage and report on paid media strategies across a number of channels
  • Work with the paid search and paid social specialists to optimise all campaigns
  • Write and review short form copy for posts, images, animations, and video
  • Work hand-in-hand with designers and developers to bring content to life
  • Review media reports and identify improvement opportunities
  • Work in tandem with our accounts service, creative and digital teams to ensure that client collaterals are delivered to brief, budgets and deadlines.
