- Role Overview
We are looking for a Content & Brand Coordinator who will manage both content creation and brand representation. The role involves storytelling through writing, visuals, and real-world brand interactions. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, adaptable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities across content, fieldwork, and brand coordination. This position is also suitable for entry-level candidates with strong creativity and a willingness to learn.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Content Creation & Writing
Write website content, blogs, and travel articles
Create captions and social media content
Maintain a consistent brand tone and storytelling style
2. Content Production
Visit hotels, destinations, and travel locations for content creation
Capture photos and videos for social media use
Edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging visual stories for digital platforms
3. Brand Representation
Represent the brand during hotel visits and meetings
Communicate professionally with partners and stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel and hospitality partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong Nepali and English writing and communication skills
• Basic to intermediate video shooting and editing skills (mobile tools like CapCut)
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability
• Comfortable with field visits and travel-related work
• Basic understanding of social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, marketing, or related fields (freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply)
Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Journalism, or a related field (completed or running; preferred but not mandatory)
Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving license will be preferred
Candidates are required to submit a sample content video (Reel/TikTok/short-form) showcasing their shooting and editing skills along with their application.
