Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk / Reservation Executive located in Kathmandu. The responsibilities include managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors, handling reservations, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining reservation records, coordinating with other departments for smooth operations, and assisting in sales efforts to maximize occupancy and revenues.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests, address their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Experience in Banquet's & events required managing Reservations and ensuring accurate booking processes to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Basic Sales skills to assist in promoting the organization's services and enhancing revenue generation.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems, computer literacy, and organizational skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- A professional attitude, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is highly desirable.
Banquet / Event Venue experience is a must.
