This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive located on-site in Meghauli, Chitwan National Park. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, addressing employee concerns, and supporting day-to-day HR activities to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations
Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
Prior experience in HR roles is highly desirable
