Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu for the role of Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the hotel’s sales activities to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, managing a team of sales professionals, and identifying new opportunities to drive business growth. The role requires frequent collaboration with internal teams, proactive client engagement, and continuous market analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and expertise in sales management and business development
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel sales, is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a bonus
