Role Overview


We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Graphic Designer who can manage our social media presence while producing high-quality visual content that reflects our brand and promotes our services.

The ideal candidate will combine creative design skills with social media strategy to develop engaging content, strengthen brand visibility, and support marketing campaigns that drive engagement, bookings, and customer growth.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content related to travel deals, destinations, services, and brand campaigns
  • Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copy to increase reach and engagement
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor social media trends and implement new content ideas to keep the brand relevant


Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, and ad creatives
  • Create promotional graphics for travel deals, campaigns, events, and service promotions
  • Design digital marketing materials including banners, flyers, and promotional creatives
  • Edit short videos, reels, or travel highlight clips for social media campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual content and platforms


Marketing Support & Performance Tracking

  • Support marketing campaigns with creative visuals and social media promotion
  • Assist in running and optimizing paid social media ads
  • Track engagement metrics such as reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions
  • Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to execute integrated campaigns


Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Graphic Design, or Digital Marketing
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools
  • Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Ability to create engaging visual and short-form video content
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and content strategy
  • Strong creativity with attention to detail and branding consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


Additional Requirements

  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or event marketing
  • Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects
  • Experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms
