Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales from Mid level to Manager, located in Kathmandu,Dhangadhi, Nepalgunj, Dang, Janakpur,. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales activities within the assigned region, and achieving revenue targets. The responsibilities include overseeing regional sales teams, identifying business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and promoting company products or services. Additionally, they will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, including leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities to interpret market trends and develop effective campaigns
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools, marketing software, and data analytics platforms
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Experience in a similar managerial position is highly preferred.
Experience in FMGC and Automobile given high Prority.
