We are seeking dynamic and result-driven professionals for the roles of Branch Manager and Marketing Executive. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing teams, expanding the customer base, and ensuring smooth branch operations while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve first premium income (FPI) and overall sales targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents to meet recruitment targets.
  • Ensure timely renewal premium collection and maintain acceptable policy lapse ratios.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market reach.
  • Set clear objectives and monitor the performance of team members.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Prepare and submit sales, revenue, and performance reports to management and Head Office.
  • Coordinate with banks, finance companies, and other financial institutions.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports within deadlines.

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (insurance or financial sector preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Preference will be given to experienced candidates.
