We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Officer to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will reach out to potential travelers, promote our tour packages, travel services, and assist clients in planning their trips. This role is target-driven and requires excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential travelers and travel agencies.
- Promote domestic and international tour packages, visa services, and travel-related products.
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain and update client details in CRM or booking systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify leads and promotions.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to the Sales Manager on market trends and client preferences.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel sales, tours, or outbound sales.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, visa processes, and tour packages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and persuasive.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/booking software.
