The Role
We are seeking a disciplined, highly organised Business Development Manager to support our outbound growth strategy. This role is focused on identifying qualified prospects and booking high-quality appointments for our UK-based sales representatives.
You will be provided with clear targeting criteria and approved prospecting sources. Your primary responsibility is to build a strong, well-qualified pipeline and consistently secure booked meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable prospects based on defined targeting criteria
- Use approved directories and data sources to build structured daily lead lists
- Craft and send personalised outbound email campaigns
- Manage structured follow-up sequences with consistency and attention to detail
- Respond to enquiries professionally and appropriately
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings directly into UK sales representatives’ calendars
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Track activity levels and report on performance metrics
