Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nepal. As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understand their needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include account planning, business analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and providing personalized support to resolve client issues. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Account Management and managing Key Accounts
- Strong Analytical Skills for business planning and decision-making
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy development
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the education or talent mobility industry is a plus
