Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle to achieve volume and value targets.
- Network Growth: Appoint and manage distributors while monitoring stock and credit.
- Market Outreach: Travel extensively to develop new territories and identify emerging segments.
- Trade Representation: Represent MHHC at national and international B2B events and exhibitions.
- Intelligence & Reporting: Gather competitor data and prepare sales forecasts/MIS reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in FMCG or B2B sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Proven negotiation, deal-closure, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Availability: Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
