Job Title: Sales Manager

Company: Manaram Himalayan Handicraft Pvt. Ltd. (MHHC) a sister company of Manaram Group

Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu


Core Responsibilities


  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle to achieve volume and value targets.
  • Network Growth: Appoint and manage distributors while monitoring stock and credit.
  • Market Outreach: Travel extensively to develop new territories and identify emerging segments.
  • Trade Representation: Represent MHHC at national and international B2B events and exhibitions.
  • Intelligence & Reporting: Gather competitor data and prepare sales forecasts/MIS reports.


Requirements


  • Experience: 5+ years in FMCG or B2B sales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills: Proven negotiation, deal-closure, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Availability: Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
