Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kathmandu. The role includes identifying business opportunities, creating and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance sales and revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, staying updated on market trends, and collaborating with teams to achieve strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver exceptional client services while representing the values and goals of Sealinks Group.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiations for OTA
Strong understanding of sales strategies, revenue generation, and market trend analysis in OTA
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
Proficiency in project management and strategic planning
Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
Fluency in English and other languages is an added benefit
