Role Description


The Ticketing Manager will oversee smooth, accurate, and fully compliant ticketing operations across all airlines and GDS platforms. This role is critical in minimizing operational risk, ensuring adherence to airline and BSP policies, and maintaining strong professional relationships with airline partners and suppliers.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Advanced expertise in airline ticket sales, reservations, and re-issues.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Amadeus at an advanced level.
  • Galileo and Sabre certification will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage and grow relationships with airline partners, consolidators, and B2B / B2C clients.
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to achieve targets and mentor team members.
  • Familiarity with low-cost carrier portals and BSP systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel, aviation, or tourism are a plus.
