Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage client communication, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate industry and strong relationship management skills.
Key Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide accurate information regarding company projects, services, property availability, policies, and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Handle customer documentation, records, agreements, and follow-up activities efficiently.
Monitor and track customer feedback and recommend service improvement initiatives.
Maintain CRM/database and update customer interactions regularly.
Assist in managing customer appointments, meetings, and property visit schedules.
Prepare periodic customer service reports and performance updates.
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain a professional company image.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience handling real estate clients and property-related inquiries.
Knowledge of sales coordination and customer retention practices.
Age should be 25 Years Above
