Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Development of Cargo service across demand and operations streams
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
- Assisting in the preparation of commercial offers and presentations.
- Managing the acquisition of couriers and building relationships with courier companies.
- Developing and optimizing operational processes for courier acquisition, planning, support, fleet management, and partner relations.
- Analyzing customer segments and attracting new clients to the service.
- Making data-driven decisions to improve the accuracy, efficiency, safety, and optimization of warehouse and last-mile operations.
- Monitoring and analyzing key metrics of all courier companies.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Learner quick, want to reach new skills;
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative;
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related area (an advantage);
- Proven experience in ride-hailing operations, customer service, support or sales;
- Strong negotiating and communication skills, including the ability to interact cross-functionally;
- Ability to conduct a comprehensive analysis of services and products, identifying their strengths and weaknesses;
- Experience in working with large datasets and the ability to derive actionable insights from them.
