Role Overview
We are hiring a Global Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across US and international markets and business functions. This role will focus on building strong pipelines for technical, operational, and insurance roles while ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings global sourcing expertise, a structured approach to recruiting, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
- Write and manage job postings across platforms, ensuring consistent and accurate representation of the brand.
- Proactively source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, and outbound outreach.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and alignment with company values.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, manage feedback loops, and support decision-making.
- Lead negotiation discussions, and oversee pre-onboarding communications.
- Maintain data accuracy within the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on pipeline status.
- Track recruitment metrics to improve funnel performance and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with People Operations on headcount planning, hiring forecasts, and process improvements.
- 3–5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience technical and non-technical, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
- Experience hiring across global regions, time zones, and multiple departments.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage candidates and stakeholders with clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles with speed and attention to quality.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment when working with confidential information.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a focus on results and accountability.
