Role Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage a team of workers and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Ensure products meet quality standards through rigorous quality control processes.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee periodic inventory checks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the factory.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety and operational protocols.
- Address and resolve any production-related issues that may arise.
- Prepare and maintain reports on production performance and team productivity.
- Coordinate with management to set production goals and targets.
- Participate in budget preparation and management of factory expenses.
- Enhance team collaboration and maintain a positive working environment.
- Monitor machinery and equipment maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
- Maintain strong cross-functional communication with departments such as procurement and logistics.
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Proven experience of 3 - 5 years in heavy machine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
- Understanding of safety and compliance regulations in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
