Job Description
We’re Hiring: Chief of Manufacturing | Based in Birgunj, Nepal.Nimbus is looking for a seasoned and strategic leader to take on the role of Chief of Manufacturing and lead operations across our Agri Business vertical.
This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for someone with deep operational expertise, a passion for excellence and people first approach. This position is based out of Birgunj with reporting to top leadership.
The Role
- In-depth understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and international standards.
- Lead and oversee end – to – end manufacturing operations across multiple business units.
- Design and Implement Preventive Maintenance SOPs and Checklists
- Complete ownership of Quality across all manufacturing processes
- Experienced in leading manufacturing transformation and cross-functional alignment.
- A strategic thinker with top-notch communication and coordination skills
- Driving AI- and automation-led innovations for process and systems improvement, predictive maintenance, and real-time monitoring
- A people’s leader with strong team-building and mentoring capabilities
- A strategic thinker with top-notch communication, coordination and collaboration skills
- Adept at working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Industrial Management/Operations or relevant field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing; experience across sectors (agro, food, industrial, etc.) is a plus
- Proven track record of driving manufacturing excellence and cultural transformation
