Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT bench sales, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to connect with and engage top talent to meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of IT and staffing dynamics in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bench Marketing: Manage and market available bench consultants to clients and vendors effectively.
- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and clients for long-term collaboration.
- Candidate Engagement: Understand consultant skill sets, preferences, and career goals to align opportunities effectively.
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to identify and attract top IT talent.
- Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate contract terms, rates, and project timelines to achieve a win-win outcome for all stakeholders.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all documentation, including agreements and contracts, complies with company and client policies.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of candidate and vendor interactions and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends in IT recruitment and the staffing industry to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one.
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT bench sales or a similar role, preferably within an IT staffing agency.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT skill sets, roles, and technologies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates, vendors, and clients.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
- Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and job boards.
