Job Description
Manage and operate all company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions).
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Monitor daily activity and respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries promptly.
Increase followers, engagement rate, and overall brand visibility.
Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.
Track performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports.
Stay updated with current trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
Handle online reputation management and maintain brand voice consistency.
Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements.
Job Specification
Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing social media accounts (freshers can apply for junior roles).
Strong knowledge of major platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CapCut.
Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
Creativity in content creation and copywriting skills.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple accounts.
Basic knowledge of paid ads and boosting posts.
