About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and highly articulate Senior Client Service Executive to join our digital marketing agency. In this role, you will go beyond coordination and take ownership of client relationships by driving strategy, offering proactive solutions, and ensuring impactful campaign delivery.

You will act as a key partner to clients, aligning business objectives with creative and performance strategies while leading internal teams with clarity and direction. If you have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage high-value accounts, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Lead strategic planning and campaign direction aligned with client goals
  • Translate client briefs into insight-driven strategies and actionable plans
  • Provide proactive recommendations based on market trends, performance insights, and brand needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews with confidence and clarity
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring continuous optimization and impact
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Manage multiple accounts while maintaining high standards of communication and delivery
  • Ensure smooth project execution by overseeing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations

Required Skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Proven experience in client relationship management
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing (social media, content, performance marketing, campaigns)
  • Ability to lead conversations with clients confidently and consultatively
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority accounts

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Experience in handling premium or high-value clients
  • Strong understanding of campaign strategy and brand building
