Renumeration: Salary + Performance Based Bonus
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Counseling & Visa Processing for Australia or UK)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional, student-focused Education Counselor with solid
experience in guiding students to study in Australia or the UK. The candidate will play a key
role in helping students make informed decisions, guiding them through the complete journey
from university selection to visa approval.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students aspiring to study in Australia or the UK through one-on-one sessions.
• Analyze student profiles and suggest suitable universities and courses.
• Handle complete application processes including documentation, SOP guidance, and submission.
• Manage and guide the entire visa processing journey for students.
• Communicate with universities, education agents, and embassy reps as needed.
• Stay updated with country-specific admission policies and visa regulations.
• Track and manage student files, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Meet student enrollment and visa success targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (completed) in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience specifically in counseling and visa processing for Australia or the UK.
• Strong command of English—both spoken and written.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Confident, professional, and student-friendly communication style.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Updated knowledge of current visa and admission policies of Australia and/or the UK.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Education Counseling or related training.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or student application platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and multicultural communication skills.
