Job Description
Skill Nepal is seeking a passionate and experienced Beautician Trainer to deliver comprehensive training in beauty and wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and a commitment to empowering students with practical skills aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Conduct theoretical and practical sessions covering skincare, makeup, hairdressing, nail care, and salon management.
- Hands-On Training: Demonstrate beauty techniques and supervise students during practice sessions to ensure skill acquisition.
- Assessment: Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical exams, and provide constructive feedback.
- Curriculum Development: Update training materials to reflect current beauty trends and industry requirements.
- Internship Coordination: Facilitate internship placements and monitor student progress during on-the-job training.
- Student Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, addressing individual learning needs.
- Compliance: Ensure training adheres to CTEVT standards and Skill Nepal’s quality guidelines.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest beauty techniques and participate in relevant workshops and seminars.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or certification in Cosmetology or Beauty Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in the beauty industry; prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Certifications: CTEVT Level 2 certification or equivalent is desirable.
- Skills: Proficient in various beauty treatments, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students

- Familiarity with adult learning principles and vocational training methodologies.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
