Job Description
Skill Nepal is seeking a skilled and passionate Barber Trainer to deliver hands-on training in modern barbering techniques. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in men’s grooming and hair care and a genuine desire to train and empower aspiring barbers with industry-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive training sessions covering haircutting, beard styling, shaving, scalp care, and hygiene.

Demonstrate a variety of barbering techniques including fades, tapers, straight razor shaving, and trending styles.

Guide students through practical assignments and ensure competency in tool handling and client service.

Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools aligned with Skill Nepal and CTEVT guidelines.

Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support.

Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into training modules.

Ensure classroom and workshop safety, hygiene, and discipline standards are maintained.

Support placement and internship opportunities by liaising with partner salons and barbershops.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
-
Diploma or certification in Barbering or Men’s Hairdressing from a recognized institute.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on barbering experience; training or teaching experience preferred.

Knowledge of modern tools, equipment, and hygiene standards.

CTEVT Trainer Certification or willingness to obtain it is an advantage.
