Job Summary

eMediWare is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to enhance our market presence and drive the growth of our innovative healthcare solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for healthcare technology and a proven track record in business development. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare services.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research

Analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

  1. Sales Strategy Implementation

           Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets.

  1.  Lead Generation

Research and identify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.

  1. Product Knowledge

Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

  1. Customer Engagement

Conduct tailored product presentations and demonstrations to address client needs.

  1. Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong client relationships by actively listening and offering customized solutions.

  1. Sales Execution

Implement effective strategies to close deals and achieve sales targets.

  1. Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward goals.

  1. Reporting and Analysis

Maintain accurate records of business development activities and prepare reports for management review.


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare sector.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle rejection positively, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • A positive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
