Job Description
Functional Area: Social Media/Digital Marketing Strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to align with brand goals, including competitive research, audience identification, and platform optimization
- Manage multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X) to ensure consistent, engaging content and brand messaging
- Plan and implement data-driven marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and adjust strategies
- Collaborate with graphic design teams to produce high-quality visual content (e.g., posts, ads, infographics)
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach, including keyword optimization and content audits
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics like engagement rates, website traffic, and conversion rates to refine future efforts
Required Skills
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal/written communication to collaborate with teams and engage audiences
- Social Media Management: Proficiency in managing platforms, creating content calendars, and moderating user interactions
- Content Marketing & SEO: Expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization for organic growth
- Data Analytics & Performance Tracking: Ability to interpret metrics (e.g., views, click-through rates, follower growth) and adjust strategies
- Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and social media management platforms
Preferred Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience: 2–3 years in social media/digital marketing, with proven success in campaign execution and analytics
- Portfolio/Resume: Required to demonstrate past work in content distribution, campaign management, and data analysis
