Job Description
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Support the preparation and management of employment contracts, letters, and other People & Culture-related documents.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of People & Culture records in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and track employee attendance and leave records.
- Support leave application processing and ensure records are updated in the HRIS.
- Assist in generating attendance reports and coordinating with payroll for accuracy.
- Assist in gathering payroll inputs such as attendance and other relevant details.
- Help in verifying employee benefits claims and coordinating with finance for processing.
- Support in ensuring timely payroll-related documentation.
- Ensure employees are aware of company policies and People & Culture By-laws.
- Support audits and compliance-related documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing induction materials and ensuring new hire documentation is completed.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Internship or entry-level experience in People & Culture operations is preferred, or freshers who is eager to gain experience in the People & Culture field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of People & Culture processes, payroll, and compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
