Job Description
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Support the preparation and management of employment contracts, letters, and other People & Culture-related documents.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of People & Culture records in compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and track employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support leave application processing and ensure records are updated in the HRIS.
  • Assist in generating attendance reports and coordinating with payroll for accuracy.
  • Assist in gathering payroll inputs such as attendance and other relevant details.
  • Help in verifying employee benefits claims and coordinating with finance for processing.
  • Support in ensuring timely payroll-related documentation.
  • Ensure employees are aware of company policies and People & Culture By-laws.
  • Support audits and compliance-related documentation.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing induction materials and ensuring new hire documentation is completed.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Internship or entry-level experience in People & Culture operations is preferred, or freshers who is eager to gain experience in the People & Culture field.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of People & Culture processes, payroll, and compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
