Barista

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks according to standard recipes.
2. Operate coffee machines and ensure proper espresso preparation and milk steaming.
3. Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
4. Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
5. Keep the coffee station, equipment, and service area clean and organized.
6. Handle customer requests and respond to feedback in a polite and professional manner.
7. Work efficiently and maintain service quality during busy periods.
8. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
9. Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
10. Perform other duties related to café operations as assigned.
