A Plus Mount Coffee Beans is looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and beverages, good customer service skills, and the ability to maintain quality and hygiene standards in a busy café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage-making equipment properly.
- Prepare espresso-based drinks such as espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, and mocha.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient, and professional service.
- Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, tables, and work area.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other café supplies.
- Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Handle customer requests and feedback professionally.
- Perform other café-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
