Job Description
MBMeditech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth and innovation. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role for someone who not only understands the medical equipment industry but is ready to redefine how it operates in Nepal
- Redesign and lead the sales strategy and distribution model across Nepal.
- Build long-term partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and government bodies.
- Driverevenue growth through networking, deal closure, and market expansion.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team and establish future leadership.
- Identify new business opportunities and represent the company at national/international forums.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and medical professionals nationwide
Job Specification
- Minimum qualifications: MBA, Bachelor’s Degree, or a degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of leadership experience in the medical equipment or healthcare technology field
- In-depth knowledge of products such as: USG, X-Ray, C-Arm, EEG, TMT, EMG, Audiometers, Spirometers, Ventilators , Hospital Furniture and Accessories and other hospital devices.
- Genuine expertise in medical consumables and hospital procurement trends.
- A strong personal network in the Nepali medical industry (private and public sectors).
- Provenability to close deals, secure contracts, and scale business operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration preferred
