Rastriya Khadhya Bank limited is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Business Manager to lead and strengthen the company’s business operations, expansion, and development activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in strategic planning, market growth, import-export management, and agricultural business projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement strategic business plans for company growth and expansion.
- Manage and supervise daily business operations effectively.
- Conduct purchase, sales, and market analysis of food items and other goods.
- Handle import and export processes and business coordination.
- Lead and manage agricultural projects and farm-related operations.
- Ensure business activities comply with laws, taxation, revenue, and operational regulations.
- Utilize information technology systems to improve business processes and efficiency.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Agriculture, Commerce, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business management and business development.
- Strong understanding of:
