- Present Kumari Job's job vacancy advertisement options, including featured listings and targeted campaigns, to maximize visibility for employers' postings.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to attract employers from various industries. Meet sales targets through effective outreach and follow-up.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, understand competitor offerings, and pinpoint new business opportunities in the recruitment advertising sector.
- Track and analyze client engagement, conversion rates, and campaign success metrics. Provide data-backed insights and regular reports to management to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction. Provide ongoing support, address concerns, and maintain high client retention rates.
- Attend recruitment and industry events to showcase Kumari Job's services, generate leads, and strengthen brand presence in the job portal market.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in HR, recruitment, or job advertising is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the job portal or recruitment advertising industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to present effectively and influence decision-makers.
