We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead and develop high-quality visual designs for digital and print platforms. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, advanced design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create advanced visual designs for marketing campaigns, branding, social media, websites, and print materials
- Lead creative projects from concept to final delivery
- Supervise and guide junior designers
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams
- Present creative ideas and design concepts to clients or management
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools
- Manage project timelines and meet deadlines
Job Specification
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Senior Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional work
- Expertise in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 3–7+ years of professional design experience
