Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and grow sales for manufacturing products across hardware showrooms and dealer networks in the assigned region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and strengthening relationships with hardware retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales targets for manufacturing products through hardware showrooms
Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and hardware showroom networks
Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage in assigned territory
Build strong relationships with hardware shop owners, contractors, and key customers
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
Ensure product visibility, displays, and promotional activities in showrooms
Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts
Coordinate with logistics, production, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in manufacturing sales and hardware showroom sales
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple dealers and large sales territories
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
