Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term, productive relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify and contact potential customers to present company products and services, and drive sales opportunities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
- Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, scheduled appointments, and customer feedback or complaints
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure effective market reach and alignment with target audiences
- Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs, market trends, and potential product improvements
- Prepare cost–benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to recommend optimal purchasing solutions
- Conduct competitor analysis to evaluate product features, strengths, weaknesses, and overall market positioning
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and business growth objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, or related field
- Exposure to Business Development roles preferred
- Minimum two years of proven experience working in business development, sales, marketing or similar roles
- Having two wheelers and driving license is mandatory
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Willingness and ability to learn technical and business processes
- Good attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and manage deadlines
