The selected candidate will act as a strategic bridge between the Group Management and the CEOs of various entities, ensuring financial transparency, timely reporting, and effective decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage accounts, financial reporting, and operational performance across all group companies.
Collect, analyze, and present real-time financial data and performance insights to the Group Chairman and senior management.
Coordinate closely with the CEOs and finance teams of each entity to ensure consistent reporting standards and compliance across the group.
Identify financial trends, operational risks, and growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Ensure internal controls, audits, and financial policies are properly implemented across all business units.
Supervise group-level budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to maintain smooth financial operations.
Travel to India and Dubai offices as required for financial reviews, meetings, and audits.
Job Specification
CA / ACCA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
12–15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or group financial management.
Experience managing multiple business units or group companies.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and corporate governance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
