We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to oversee the financial health and operational efficiency of all group companies. The selected candidate will act as a strategic bridge between the Group Management and the CEOs of various entities, ensuring financial transparency, timely reporting, and effective decision-making support.
This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise in corporate finance and multi-entity operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage accounts, financial reporting, and operational performance across all group companies.
- Collect, analyze, and present real-time financial data and performance insights to the Group Chairman and senior management.
- Coordinate closely with the CEOs and finance teams of each entity to ensure consistent reporting standards and compliance across the group.
- Identify financial trends, operational risks, and growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Ensure internal controls, audits, and financial policies are properly implemented across all business units.
- Supervise group-level budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Travel to India and Dubai offices as required for financial reviews, meetings, and audits.
